How do I get a refund?

For App Store purchases, refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund. For web purchases, email us and we’ll sort it out within 24 hours.

Do you offer free trials?

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Do your apps work offline?

Most of our native apps (macOS, iOS) work offline. Web-based products like VibeFlexing require an internet connection.
